Isn’t the internet a funny place? I was just on Instagram (@mrhaste btw) and got a message from someone I’d recently followed asking if I was the same Haste who played Stockholm in 2004. Well, I am, and it turns out that there are pics and a recording of the night that I never knew about!
So, here we are. Almost 20 years after it happened, audio of my set at the lovely Berns club in central Stockholm. Mainly ragga jungle vibes on here with a dash of ’93 hardcore. I think this was the afterparty of the main night that we had over here.
No idea if this was just me DJing or some kinda back 2 back. There are a few tunes in here that I wouldn’t usually play so could be a bunch of us on the decks.
Big hello to Sharp and Flipper. Respect to MC Sandor who was on the mic on the night.
Memories of the trip are vague but they are happy ones ??
