Black Box – Everybody Everybody

Everyone knows Ride On Time but I bet you know this one too and didn’t realise it was the same guys. I guess it’s possible that you don’t know it but you should. Lots of fabulous lycra-clad moves in the video and plenty more lip-sync action from hot Italian models. The remix is pretty big too.

The Adventures Of Stevie V – Dirty Cash

Such a classic tune. I’ve loved this ever since I heard it back in the late 80s which was a great time for poppy dance music. I wonder what happened to Stevie V after this, I don’t remember ever hearing anything else by him. The video features some serious gold chain and top quality running man action as well, which is always good.

FAB Featuring MC Parker – Thunderbirds Are Go

It’s Friday again. This week it seems like this one has come several days late so to celebrate here is possibly the cheesiest tune I’ve posted yet. This brings back memories of watching my mate’s Now Dance 89 video (or something like that) which was pure running man vibes from start to finish.

So I’m gonna make no bones about it; this tune is proper shite. However, the section at 1:55 with the Stingray theme over the Funky Drummer is so fucking serious that it hurts. Also, loving the shot of Stuart Pearce at World Cup 90 at the start straight off VHS. Retro

Junior Senior – Move Your Feet

Big pop riddim here. Much fun & frolics with a wicked vid to boot. I seem to remember this getting pretty high in the charts but never heard much else from them. Probably for the best

Tom Vek – Ain’t Saying My Goodbyes

Not quite sure where I learned about this guy from but I picked up his debut (and so far only) album, We Have Sound, a while back. It’s pretty damn good and has a load of crackin tunes on it, this being one of the stand out tunes. Also check the wicked CC (You Set The Fire In Me) which was the bigger track/single from it.

Allegedly there’s a new album on the way so looking forward to that one
