I bet you didn’t know this guy made a decent tune! There may be others but this the only one I’ve come across – not like I’ve really been digging, mind.
Big 80s nonsense from the mullet man here, get those fists pumping…
Edit
Via the lovely Twitter it has already been brought to my attention by Damian B that there is an even rockier edge to Mr Bolton. Check this out…

A wicked reggae/dancehall version of the Bad Company tune. This one has been rinsed for samples in jungle but is a great track on its own. Bit better than the original version as well – definitely some good haircuts going on there, though.

A friend posted this on Facebook today and it reminded me that I hadn’t listened to it in ages. Such a lovely tune with the remix in a non-dnb style by 4 Hero, one of my favourite artists of all time. This tune is full of summer vibes so I’m gonna try and cling on to that feeling and ignore the freezing cold outside by listening to this on repeat for a little while 😉

Totally ruffneck jungle tune from Skool Of Hard Knocks – the guy best know the wicked Kan Ya Feel It. Nice long intro into the Cutty Ranks – The Bomber sample and then in with the heavyweight bassline. Not such a well known track but one that kills it in any jungle set.

I’ve been loving M83’s album, Saturdays = Youth, and have had it on a lot for the past few months. Some of it reminds me a bit of 90s bands like My Bloody Valentine but with a bit of a mix of electronic stuff in there too. I love the twin melodies in this track and the sparse percussion. I’d really recommend checking the whole thing out, top stuff from start to finish
